MS® Stainless Steel Filer
Descriptions
Stainless steel filters housing, made of quality 304 or 316L stainless steel with pressure container or peristaltic pump as the pressure source to positively filtrate. The material and quality conforms to the standard of GMP and is used to purify liquid and filter bacteria in some small sized pharmaceutical, food & beverage factories and hospitals.
Applications
- Ideal for plate filtration, provide maximize flow rate by applying positive pressure to the fluid through membrane surface.
- Purify and bacteria removal of all tapes of aqueous solution
- Filter various chemical products, solutions and reagents.

304, 316L stainless steel and PP
Housings are rated for pressures to 150 psi (10 bar). 300 psi pressure rating is available.
Filters are rated for temperatures to 250° F (121℃). Please consider the cartridge to be used.
Buna-N, silicon latex and Teflon are available.
Jamming of cartridge, flange, inner screw thread, outer screw thread available.
Initial pressure drop is <1 psi at designed flow rates for housings only.
Housings are designed to accept DOE cartridges. Adapters for 222 & 226 cartrdiges available.
