ePTFE Membrane Filter Bags for Carbon Black Industry

By replacing non-membrane filter bags with ePTFE membrane filter bags manufactured by Membrane Solutions, MS Filter has been able to increase airflow,reduce pressure drop and significantly extend the operational life of the filter bags. As anadded benefit, the plant plans to optimize the bag collector performance even further by adding a new fan. The result is expected to be increased carbon black production.
