Introduction

MS^®sample vials provide cleanest products on the market at present. It can reduce the appearance of impurity peak of measuring results. And reduce needle damage or gasket off, reduce the frequency of samples analysis and restart.

How to fill the vials

1. Reduce the sampling flow to a thin stream.
2. Remove the cap from the vial and place the vial under the stream of water until it slightly overfills.
3. If necessary gently add more water so that the water forms a meniscus above the rim.
4. Carefully place the cap on the vial and tighten securely.
5. Invert the vial and check for air bubbles. If an air bubble appears, remove the cap, then gently add
   more water and repeat steps 4 and 5.
6. Place a label on each vial containing the date and time of collection and an unique sample name.
