Description

In-Line Filter is also named vacuum protection filter or gas line filter. Filter units with hydrophobic PTFE membrane are ideal for sterilizing gases, venting sterile containers, and sterilizing or clarifying organic solutions and and protect your laboratory. All units are bi-directional with 0.22 or 0.45um rated PTFE filter media.

Membrane Solutions affords all kinds of in-line filters which is sterilized by EO gas or r-radiation. Activated carbon, molecular sieve or desiccant chemical trap are also available. We can custom in-line filters, like the shape, the size, the contents, the package and different use as per your requirements.

Feature

  • Features hydrophobic PTFE membrane
  • Non-toxic, sterilized, single packed
  • Sterile bi-directional gas pathway
  • Membrane retains 99.999% of airbone particles greater than 0.1 µm
  • Removes 99.999% of bacteria in the gas stream
  • Also available through custom tubing packers
  • ISO 9001,CE and FDA approved

Application

In-line filter is a hydrophobic bi-directional filter for use in gas lines and is indicated for the removal of bacteria, scale and other contaminants from oxygen and other medical gases. The inline filter devices help to confine and isolate infectious materials in vacuum systems and protect your laboratory. It is also ideal for sterilizing gases, venting sterile containers, and sterilizing or clarifying organic solutions. Specialized filter units protect hemodialysis transducers from blood and moisture.
