Description

CRS series sintered stainless steel filter cartridge are manufactured by sintering multiple layers of 316L or 304 stainless steel filter mesh. The multi-layer stainless steel mesh is stacked in a structure comprising a reinforcing layer, reinforcing layer, dispersion layer, control layer, and protective layer. Through processes such as vacuum high-temperature sintering and rolling, a composite sintered mesh plate is formed. This design offers unparalleled characteristics, including high strength, stable removal rating, excellent permeability, and ease of molding, effectively removing solid particles and impurities from liquids or gases. The structural design of the filter element ensures high mechanical strength and overall rigidity, enabling it to withstand high-pressure differentials and harsh operating conditions. It can be repeatedly cleaned and regenerated for reuse, extending its service life.
