MS®MF membrane serve as highly-engineered, physical barriers that permit the passage of materials only up to a certain size, shape or character. MS® offers membraneproducts in a variety of configurations, materials and sizes; each designed to meet specific application needs. There are multiple membrane materials currently employed for liquid/liquid, liquid/solid and gas/solid separation: PES membrane, PTFE membrane, PVDF membrane, NYmembrane and PP membrane.

PES Membrane
Features:high strengh,high flow rate,low extractable,low protein and drug binding

PTFE Membrane
Features:Wide chemical compatibility,High temperature resistance,Low starting resistance

PVDF Membrane
Features: Chemical compatibility;Excellent mechanical properties;High temperature capabilities;Easy processing by extrusion, injection, compression, blow molding, solution processes

Nylon Membrane
Features: Low extractable:<0.2%,high strength(PET supported),Operating temperature: 90℃ max,retention rate(>99.99%),Sterilization: autoclaving, 0.5h at 121℃ 0.1MPa or with ethylene oxide

PP Membrane
Features:Superior thermo stability;Compatible with aqueous and alcoholic solutions and solvents; suitable for HPLC;Binds proteins, DNA and RNA

Positively-charged Nylon Membrane
Membrane solutions provide Nylon 6.6 membrane with positive charge for filtration. It provides enhanced retention of fine particles smaller than the membrane’s rating, such as endotoxins in water. The outstanding performance of which are available in particulate and bioreduction grades and in sterilizing-grades.
