Membranes

Membrane Solutions MBR flat plate membrane modules consist of a membrane element box and an aeration tank, with the flat sheet membrane element as the core component (made from ABS supporting plate and modified hydrophilic PTFE flat type membrane), hence also known as PTFE flat sheet MBR or PTFE flat sheet membrane bioreactor. When wastewater is filtered through the membrane, it is drawn out through the gap between the ABS supporting plate and the flat sheet membrane by water pressure or negative pressure from the outlet, while bubbles from the aeration pipe continuously flush the membrane surface, preventing the deposition of activated sludge (or other suspended pollutants) on the membrane surface. This can prolong the membrane cleaning cycle, ensuring long-term stable operation of the membrane equipment. The PTFE's strong alkali resistance and anti-fouling properties make it widely applicable to critical water qualities, such as landfill leachate and the petrochemical industry. Membrane Solutions' hollow fiber MBR, also known as curtain-type MBR modules, utilize a new generation of reinforced PVDF material MBR hollow fiber membranes. These membranes are prepared by using PET woven support and then employing a coating process.

Introduction

They feature high strength (tensile strength > 150N), resistance to delamination of the filtration layer (delamination strength > 0.6MPa), high flux (pure water flux > 2000L/(m2•h•bar)@25℃, with a designed flux up to 30L/m2•h), and excellent chemical resistance. Hollow fiber has a filtration precision of 0.06 μm. Hollow fiber MBR modules can effectively remove bacteria, viruses, colloids, and suspended solids (SS), meeting higher water production standards for industrial water treatment and are widely used in industrial wastewater reuse treatment and other complex industrial wastewater treatments. We provide OEM service and can design and assemble MBR modules or MBR systems according to customer requirements.
