Flat Panel Display
The main technologies of flat panel display include: liquid crystal display (LCD, generally divided into TN/STN/TFT three types), plasma display (PDP), organic light emitting diode display (OLED), field emission display. Among them, TFT-LCD is the current mainstream flat panel display, and its process is relatively mature. Taking the whole process of TFT-LCD as an example, it is subdivided into: array technology, color film (CF technology), cell technology and module technology. In the manufacturing process of flat panel display, the filtering technology is mainly reflected in the array technology, CF technology and cell technology, especially the array technology filtration is the most important, and plays a key role in the whole manufacturing process. Therefore, in the manufacturing process of flat panel display, especially for the high generation line, the problem of filter products will directly cause mass scrap and loss.
The main filtration solutions in the flat panel display are:
1. Pure water, ultra-pure chemical filtration solutions: suitable for panel TFT-LCD, LPTS, OLED process etching solution, stripping solution, developing solution, cleaning agent and other wet process chemical filtration, organic solvent, acid, alkali and other electronic chemicals, as well as water filtration, substrate cleaning filtration and other applications.
2. Wet process technology high flow filtration solutions: suitable for panel TFT--LCD, LTPS, OLED and other wet process: high flow (Ø83 series), high generation line such as G7, G8.5, G10, G10.5, etc. are filtered with ultra-high flow (Ø130 series) applications.
3. High purity gas filtration solutions: suitable for inert gas, bulk gas, special gas and other filtration applications.
4.Water treatment filtration solutions: suitable for factory water filtration, high flow etching solution filtration applications.
