Introduction

CleaSep provides 17+ different dimensions for hollowfiber filters, which can be used for R&D test, pilot application and commercial production. The hollow fiber filters adopt automatic production process, which ensures the consistency of its performance and the simple and reliable scalability from laboratory to production. The material composition of the hollow fiber filter has excellent chemical compatibility and can tolerate a variety of chemical cleaning agents to ensure safe and effective cleaning and disinfection of the filtration system. Compared with traditional PES, CleaSep hollow fiber is made of modified PES, which not only provides higher flow rate, higher filtration load, shorter process time and higher yield, but also has the lower protein adsorption, low blockage and easier cleaning. The modification technology optimizes the rigidity of PES, improves the flexibility of membrane material, and can withstand higher process disturbance and shear rate.
