Description
LPH series liquid pipeline filter housing is a high-end sanitary filter housing with light size and design that fully meets the requirements of sanitary grade and GMP, and all the processing adopts sanitary pipe fittings. The filter housing has undergone multiple production processes, with no dead angle, no leakage, easy cleaning, no residual liquid, top-in and bottom-out inlet and outlet. The design is compact and reasonable, and it can be used for online testing or pipeline connection or used as a respirator. PP melt blown, string wound and various types of pleated filter cartridges can be installed inside as filter elements to meet different process requirements. This product is widely used in pre-filtration and terminal precision filtration of bio-pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, pure water, biological engineering and other industries.
Characteristics and Advantages
- Sanitary polishing grade, internal Ra:≤0.4μm, external Ra:≤0.6μm. The whole series can choose electro-polishing
- The housing sealing adopts tri-clamp to enhance the sealing performance and can withstand higher pressure
- The socket of the base fiter cartridge adopts a positioning design to prevent excessive rotation when installing the filter cartridge
- Sanitary grade, no dead angle, lowest point drainage design, easy to clean, no residual liquid, anti-pollution
