Overview

Membrane Solutions is dedicated to the development, production, and modification of a variety of microporous filtration membranes, including Nylon, PES, PVDF, and PTFE. Our modification technologies include hydrophilic and hydrophobic treatments, as well as charge and oleophobic modifications. These membranes are widely used for particle and bacterial retention, removal of metal particles, endotoxins, and other microorganisms. Additionally, they are employed in laboratory applications such as Western Blotting.

At the same time, we have a mature R&D team specializing in membranes and filters, an advanced production line, and a professional testing center—making us your ideal partner for membrane filtration solutions.

Gas Filtration

Gas filtration technology is widely used in high-precision industries such as semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and food processing, and is a key link in ensuring product quality and production safety. As the core of this technology, gas filtration membranes, with their excellent filtration performance and stable chemical properties, can efficiently remove small particles, harmful substances, and impurities from gases, providing a pure guarantee for the production environment. High-quality gas filtration solution of Membrane Solutions not only effectively improves production efficiency, but also lays a solid foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises.

Liquid Filtration

Liquid filtration technology is widely used in various industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, water treatment, and food and beverage. As a key link to ensure the quality and safety of liquid products, it not only requires liquid filtration membranes to have high flux performance, but also high-precision filtration effects, which can effectively remove small particles, bacteria, viruses, and chemical pollutants from liquids. At the same time, it requires filtration membranes to have durability and stability in various complex environments. Membrane Solutions independently develops a diverse range of liquid filtration membranes with advanced modification technologies, catering to most user applications. We can tailor unique filtration solutions to meet your specific needs.

Protein Transfer

Western blot (also known as protein immunoblotting) is a commonly used technique for the separation and identification of proteins in research. It employs SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) to separate various proteins contained in a given sample. The separated proteins are then transferred onto a solid-phase carrier, such as a nitrocellulose (NC) membrane or a PVDF membrane, with the types and biological activities of the proteins preserved throughout the process. Due to the fact that antibodies only bind to the target protein, typically only a clear band can be seen, with the thickness of the band corresponding to the protein mass. Due to the high resolution of gel electrophoresis and the strong specificity and sensitivity of immunity, Western blot analysis can detect target proteins as low as 1ng. This method is widely used in the fields of molecular biology, biochemistry, and immunogenetics.
