Description

The Ø83/Ø130 PF series PES pleated filter cartridge features a naturally hydrophilic and highly asymmetric polyethersulfone filter membrane, providing ultra-high flow rate and long service life. It is ideal for filtering water and water-based chemicals with high flow requirements. The Ø130 series pleated filter cartridge is specially designed for the high flow of the high generation LCD process, with a maximum flow rate exceeding 300L/min.
