Description

Membrane Solutions PoliCap point-of-use(POU) capsule is specially designed for advanced CMP application in space-limited situation. The feature of all polypropylene construction, compact design and completely disposable result in low cost and easy change-out. In terms of performance, contained melt-blown or depth-pleated filter media can effectively intercept defect-causing particles and gels in CMP slurry while retaining valid abrasive and keeping particle size distribution(PSD) unchanged. The unique construction of filter media ensures relatively low differential pressure, excellent removal efficiency and long service life.
