MS®FluorPure-E PTFE filters using expanded PTFE membranes along with high density polyethylene (HDPE) support and components can be specifically recommended for bulk filtration of photo resists and chemicals which are compatible with PTFE and HDPE. In addition, HDPE components lower metallic/ionic contamination than PP materials that provide a higher purity guarantee, reduce particle contamination with superior downstream cleanliness.
