The AfsPure series perfluorinated filter cartridge is composed of high-porosity PTFE membrane and high-purity PFA plastic parts, which has excellent resistance and stability inhighly corrosve acid, alkali and organic solvent environments. Through post-treatment and 18.2M Ω .cm UPW flush, it can achieve a stable high cleanliness level and ensure thestability of filtration, which is the most cost-effective product for high-purity electronicchemical reagent filtration in the semiconductor industry.
