SCH Series Single Core Filter Housing (Sanitary Grade)

Description

SCH series liquid filter housing is a high-end sanitary filter housing with light size and suitable for small flow in medium and low pressure environment. The design of the filter housing fully meets the requirements of sanitary grade and GMP, and all the processing adopts sanitary pipe fittings. The filter housing has undergone multiple production processes, with no dead angle, no leakage, easy cleaning, no residual liquid, horizontal inlet and outlet to meet the different needs of users, and can be composed of two, three and four-level filter housing to achieve the best filtering effect. PP melt blown, string wound and various types of pleated filter cartridges can be installed inside as filter elements to meet different process requirements. The product is widely used in pre-filtration and terminal precision filtration in bio-pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, pure water, biological engineering and other industries.

Features

• With ultra-high polishing grade, internal Ra: 0.3μm, external Ra: 0.4μm. The whole series can choose electro-polishing.

• The housing sealing adopts tri-clamp to enhance the sealing performance and can withstand higher pressure.

• The socket of the base filter cartridge adopts a positioning design to prevent excessive rotation when installing the filter cartridge.

• The feet support of the filter housing is equipped with height adjustment nuts, which is height adjustable, detachable, and easy to use.

• Meet different needs of users, it can be used as two, three, four-level  filters to achieve the best filtering effect.
