UltiPure All Fluorine Filter Cartridge with High Flow Rate and High Cleanliness

Description

Ø83 AF series all fluorine filter cartridge is a pleated membrane filter cartridge suitable for the manufacturing process of high generation LCD panels. It is washed with 18.2MΩ.cm ultrapure water after production and is available for pre-wetting packaging to ensure very low precipitation levels in harsh use environment, meeting the requirements of high cleanliness. The filter adopts special PTFE membrane with high flux, which has high flow, long service life and low costs of ownership.
