Difference between 0.22 μm and 0.45 μm syringe filter

When use, bacteria will be trapped, and many bacteria will die under pressure. 0.45um is generally used to reduce microbial load, it can filter out most microorganisms and bacteria, and it can be used for filtration of conventional samples and mobile phases.
